ASPECTRUM Village: Breaking Ground on a Revolutionary Project
We're excited to announce significant progress in our ASPECTRUM Village development, bringing us closer to creating the first-of-its-kind inclusive living community in Los Angeles.
We are thrilled to share that ASPECTRUM Village has reached a major milestone in its development journey. After months of planning, community engagement, and partnership building, we are moving forward with land acquisition and design finalization for this groundbreaking project.
ASPECTRUM Village represents more than just a housing development—it's a vision for truly inclusive living that combines cutting-edge sustainable technology with comprehensive support services. Built using revolutionary 3D-printed graphene-infused concrete, the village will feature 25-50 accessible smart homes, a Community Integration Center, employment hub, wellness spaces, and state-of-the-art sustainability infrastructure.
What Makes ASPECTRUM Village Unique
Our partnership with Construction X Technologies brings revolutionary building methods that reduce construction emissions by up to 98% compared to traditional concrete. This isn't just good for the environment—it's a demonstration of how innovation can serve social good.
The village will provide:
- Safe, permanent, and accessible housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- On-site vocational training and employment opportunities
- Community integration programs open to the public
- Net-zero emissions operations through solar energy and smart systems
Community Impact
ASPECTRUM Village will create 75+ jobs during construction and operations, provide training for 50+ participants annually, and serve as a replicable model for inclusive communities across California and beyond.
We're grateful to our partners, supporters, and the Los Angeles community for making this vision possible. Stay tuned for more updates as we move into the next phases of development.
