ASLS Team

About ASLS INC

Since 2015, we've been dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through innovative programs and sustainable solutions.

Our Mission

To empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through housing, vocational training, social inclusion, and life skills development, creating pathways to independence and meaningful community participation.

Our Vision

To establish a replicable model for inclusive living, where adults with intellectual disabilities are not just supported, but empowered to lead independent, fulfilling lives in sustainable communities.

Our Story

ASLS INC (Autism Supported Living Services) was established in 2015 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a clear purpose: to create meaningful opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive in their communities.

In 2019, we conceived the ASPECTRUM Program, an innovative approach that combines sustainable construction technology with comprehensive support services. This groundbreaking initiative represents our commitment to not only meeting immediate needs but also pioneering solutions that can be replicated across California and beyond.

Today, we operate Community Integration Training Programs for individuals with intense behavioral support needs, focusing on employment and volunteerism under Service Codes 055 (Adult Day/Community Integration Training Program) and 612 (Behavior Analyst). Our work is guided by the belief that every individual deserves dignity, independence, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to society.
